Centre for Advanced MRI

The Centre for Advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CAMRI) is the first MRI venture in New Zealand to focus on high-end research work as well as clinical imaging. Drawing on a successful track record of research collaborations at the University, CAMRI delivers MRI research expertise and resources to leading commercial and government organisations.

English Language Academy

English Language Academy (ELA) is the English language school of Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland. It offers evidence-based language instruction for students aiming for entry to the University’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as bespoke group programmes for partner universities around the world.

Immunisation Advisory Centre

The Immunisation Advisory Centre (IMAC) serves as a source of independent, evidence-based information regarding vaccine-preventable diseases and immunisation. In addition to providing national strategic and policy advice, it educates New Zealand’s vaccinators and provides clinical standards and engagement opportunities for health professionals.

National Institute for Health Innovation

The National Institute for Health Innovation (NIHI) works to improve health through research, service delivery and informing policy. With expertise in areas including e-health and digital clinical trial management, NIHI supports the translation of knowledge across a range of behavioural and population health areas to support scientific and clinical communities in New Zealand.

Tui Tuia | Learning Circle

Tui Tuia | Learning Circle, is Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland’s professional learning and development service for educators. Based on University research, Tui Tuia | Learning Circle delivers evidence-based training and mentoring designed to inspire, uplift and help prepare school leaders tumuaki, teachers kaiako, whānau and communities for today and tomorrow’s challenges.

³ܰ provides Government-funded training and support to the infant, child, adolescent, and youth mental health and alcohol, and other addictions sector. Our work is evidence-based, and informed by clinical, cultural, and youth lived experience.

Global Vaccine Data Network

The Global Vaccine Data Network is the world’s largest vaccine monitoring project. Headquartered at UniServices and co-led by Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of ߣߣƵvaccinologist Dr. Helen Petousis-Harris, GVDN is a multinational, investigator-led research network conducting globally coordinated epidemiological studies on the safety and effectiveness of vaccines.

NetworkZ

NetworkZ, managed by NIHI, conducts team-based multidisciplinary healthcare simulation training. The programme uses lifelike patient models and real-world clinical scenarios to help teams enhance their communication and teamwork to reduce safety threats and promote improved and equitable patient outcomes. Since 2017, it has trained more than 3,500 staff across Aotearoa New Zealand.

New Zealand Family Violence Clearinghouse

The New Zealand Family Violence Clearinghouse (NZFVC) is the national centre for collating and disseminating information about family, whānau and sexual violence in Aotearoa New Zealand. It provides information and resources for people working towards the elimination of violence. NZFVC works alongside ³ܰ.
